TESSA I.E.C. GROUP LTD. specializes in manufacturing & upgrading of Mini Dairy lines of different production rates i.e. from 500 - 20,000 litres per day. All our mini dairies are manufactured on customer basis "tailored made" therefore taking care of each and every customer's requirements.
As raw material the customer can use: fresh milk, dry milk or skimmed milk.
The lines are designed for almost all popular kinds of ready dairy products such as: Pasteurised Milk, Yoghurt, Cream, Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese, White Cheese, Butter & others.
TESSA I.E.C. mini factories are fully equipped with all necessities for a full technology cycle including the equipment for receiving and cooling of milk, pasteurisation, separation, fermentation, packing of ready products. Apart from these, the lines include all necessary auxiliary units and equipment such as: compressor, pumps, filter, auxiliary capacities, dairy pipes & valves, electrical communi-cations etc.

The mini factories can be delivered in specially designed container modules. All the basic parts, blocks, production pipes & valves are made of stainless steel meeting 3A standard.
